Description
Sam has been constructing his home-built airplane for nearly five years. This morning, with the help of his best friend, Dave, and the latter's old Ford pickup, he has hauled it out of his garage and moved it to some flat river bottom land owned by his uncle. There, he attached the wings to the fuselage, fired up the old Volkswagon engine and soared off on his first flight.
Below him, Dave and his dog, Wattie, give chase in the Ford.
