Just a preliminary shot...1 out of about 300 shots taken of the Total Lunar Eclipse last night. Was trying different exposure settings & got some pretty interesting shots. I'll be posting a small animation of it on my homepage soon if anyone is interested.

Here in the Dallas area it was clouded over mostly, and we only got glimpses of this phenomenum last night. I have seen it many times for real & know this is when the Moon was in the Earth's penumbral shadow. Perfectly captured! Thanks for sharing!
Wooooooooow totaly cool shot, all I saw last night was cloud, the detail is amazing and fantastic colour "V"
Wonderful shot, well worth the wait! I have found out, firsthand that these are not easy shots to produce! I give tremendous respect to those who can get it right! Great job on showing the detail of those striations from the crater on the left! (Is that Tyco?). Just imagine the natural forces involved in creating that!
Beautiful shot. Yep, thanks for sharing.
