Description
A quick jump to photography (not my usual medium).
Yesterday evening I was looking at the vase and it remind me something.
It's just my humble tribute to Caravaggio.
I hope you like it.

quite awesome, vasquez, you're really using that camera up to its potential :)
excellent shot! it's a big opera of colours
Beautiful autumn colours!
There is beautiful color here, yet also melancholy, a sadness for the dying year. Very well done.
Nicely done indeed.
very beautifully seen!! happy to see you here again... wonderful capture of stark white, autumn color & shadow, makes a very pleasinig still life :]
teh shadows and the colors are very good. it's a great photography with a nice lightning. have a good day
Beautiful capture of autumn colours.
As stated by the others.... it certainly does capture the autumn colors and the death of a season which was full of life. Yet even in the death of the summer season... there is beauty. Awesome image for sure.
Bravo, immagine molto incisiva! Finalmente you're back!
I agree with all of the above, this looks like the kind of snapshoot you only get once(if you were trying to photograph it several times, that is) looks perfect.
What an excellent idea... Autumn comes indoors, too. And to some extent, at a deeper level, when man collides with beauty, death results. Chilling message.
Just So!...I am very lucky to have 'The Supper at Emmaus' so close by to see whenever I wish. Nicely cropped image my boy and sumptuous rich colouring. http://www.nationalgallery.org.uk/cgi-bin/WebObjects.dll/CollectionPublisher.woa/wa/artistImage?artistID=127
