I agree the legs and skin in general are great. If you're really going for realism-- Your body shadow on the wall is far too sharp - Should be softer and blurrier. Still some alias artifacts on body edges, and the wall textures look low-rez and stretched.

Great work on the pose. Good first post, a little tweaking on the background perhaps, but thats just my take.
