Description
Dedicated to the lady protrayed herein. :)
Another attempt at hair painting. I think I'm gettig there. Officially do not like my Wacom; I put the damn thing away and went back to the mouse after 10 minutes or so.
2 P5 renders and lots of postwork.
Texture from D&M's Time Prisoners II.
Background photograph by my brother Michael.
Character morphs, lights, pose and postwork by me.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is superb.. and I do mean this you know why! Fantastic hair painting !!! This Lady will be completely happy and absolitely stunned when she sees this portrait. 2 thumbs up cause I only have 2!
Well, first of all, I've never tried a tablet, so I don't know which is easier, but I think you are using the mouse just fine-the hair is beautiful!! I like the way it flows over her shoulder!! Also, I can never get a smile that shows teeth to look this good-it's a very natural expression you did!!! Excellent work, Pal!!!
That you did that with a mouse is very impressive! The styling and flow is really well done! Perhaps add some additional highlights and shadows for more color contrast and I think you've got a winner!
Very fine image! She looks stunning and that smile is perfect! Fabulous job!
Oh Paul you did a great job on the hair!! Pull the tablet back out..it tke time!! EXCELLENT!! huge hugz and kisses
Beautiful hair and expression Paul! Bravo!!
Beautiful work here Paul! Lovely pic indeed!!
You did that with a mouse?! falls over
bell'espressione di contentezza
Well done Paul! I'd have to agree that you are getting the hang of painting hair. Of course bonus points for using a mouse.
Beautiful job on this, you've given her a fantastic natural smile.
She has such a cute face.
AWESOME VOTE. AS ALWAYS MY DEAR FRIEND :)
thats a good 'un as i pointed out. looks well on higher res too. background is another good point and skin texture
! Wow. I love that you ditched the tablet for the mouse, and came up with this beauty. The hair is awesome indeed. That facial expression is so warm, human, and real. You just instantly like this person. Good POV & lighting too.
She makes my day. For such a smile, you go out and conquer a few Universes, you bring back pearly raindrops from planets where it never rains...
Well, now I have finally seen the beautiful lady face to face, I can honestly say this image does not come close to the reality of her wonderful smile. As for the hair, I guess it's back to the drawing board; no way on earth is it good enough. Live and learn, as they say. :)
