It's been an exciting week since I flew away from Hurricane Frances! I'm ok and my house is pretty much ok. Now I am back and looking at H. Ivan and wondering if I should have stayed away...*shrugs* Thanks for your view/comment. This reminded me of the chaos of the week.

You really have captured the dark destructive nature of a hurricane. Such power in nature. The coloring captures the chaos very well too. Excellent design. Glad you you made it through ok.

fantastic image of the brewing storm!...I especially love the colors
Excellent illustration of great turbulence in the form of a hurricane spiral. A lovely picture, Vivian !
Very unique image, both forms and colors!
Perfect illustration of the strange days you had to endure. Hope Ivan gives you a miss...
Beautiful a true represtation of what has and what may be, be safe and get out of there .
This is a clockwise spiral, so it would have to be a southern hemisphere hurricane, but it's a great representation of the power of the storm.
Melted... Lovely! :)
