Description
This was taken Oct. 13 1999 up at the Quabbin Res. in MA. Whenever I want to really thrash out my inner turmoils I retreat to this spot of serenity. Enjoy! This is the first of four I will post from this location. Thank you all for the wonderful comments and support. Just thought I would take a break from the poetry for a while! :D

Excellent photography!! Beautiful image as always! Very lovely image:o)
I can almost hear the water laping at the shore and feel the cold tickling my toes. I couldn't resist getting in water like that! Beautiful!
A truly superb photo and place of serene beauty. Nothing heals and puts things into perspective like nature. Lovely. :o) CC
I wonder what it is about water that relaxes us? Excellent picture!!

Terrific composition - it takes the eye on a great journey through the picture. I don't know all US abbreviations - is MA Montana? Great shot! v
What an amazing photo!!! I can understand how being around all that beauty could bring a measure of serenity to your soul :-)
Looks like an excellent place to get that serenity...amazing photo-- makes ya wanna take off your shoes and wade on in:)
How gorgeous! Nothing calms me like being near the water and this spot looks like paradise to me. The timing in your capturing the water with the waves, as well as the angle so the driftwood's included is just stunning!
Very beautiful! I always find peace and rest near the waters.
have you seen the eagles up there ? very pretty shot!
