Description
This is a still from an animation I did, full sound (I did all the sound effects)
Submarine Underwater Lighting Test
I was trying to replicate the shadows cast over the sub, from the surface. Simple sub made in Bryce, with primitives.
Have a smashing Friday folks!!!

Beautiful work and SFX --totally realistic in all ways --you could make your own feature --fabulous work !!!

Very well done!!! (All other is not popular any more! So, what to comment and how?!
Nice! Perfect underwater atmosphere. I really like it!
cool!...great job
Very good work !!! I love those submarine movies, so i cant appreciate this !! :o) Excellent !!
Thanks for the memories of a great flick! Well done!
Nice little animation. The light is pretty cool. Love sub movies. Hunt for Red October just rocks.
Great underwater mood here! U definitely managed to capture that very particular atmosphere! :)
Wonder how many appreciate, or will even notice, the pattern of small rocks and shadow on "ocean" floor, hehe. As a still, the composition carries it, with a hint of Also Spracht Zarathrustra perhaps, or an umpire in a San Francisco gorilla suit, shouting "Play ball!", hoho. But this is a difficult topic it is admitted, and in some ways new groundthat is, the relation between such values as "composition", and so forth, in animation and still images. Save for some specialist publications, it also almost goes without saying, "trench warfare" (and some of its consequences) in the last century, is still incompletely grasped, especially by, er, cough, cough, many of the military and their theorists....
Really cool animation! Only wish it was longer... :)
Beautiful caustics, I still have a fear of doing an underwater scene.
Nicely done! Realistic underwater atmosphera.

Very cool, love the lighting and the sense of depth is just right. The animation is even more spectacular. I'd say the lights are spot on...
