Description
During the second week of July, my hometown has a car show of sorts. It's a rolling show, as in "you have to drive it to show it". Called "Scoop the Loop" from a local phrase used to describe cruising back in the 1950's.
The picture here shows a HUMMER with some nifty caterpillar conversion kit. With this degree of conspicuous consumption, it probably belongs to some spoiled kid from Lake Forest. LOL. Man, I wish I had money to blow like that.
You can find out a bit more about the event at ScooptheLoop.com
Picture taken with a Pentax ZX-M using Quantaray 70-130mm lens. Photo then scanned in using a Lexmark X-1100. Minor touch up (brightness levels) using JASC Paint Shop Pro.

Wow! We have those (only with regular wheels) around here. I did see those on TV, however. How do they corner?? LOL!!!
Hummers are nice, but it would take a good tank to make a parking space at our local college. Yes, I've threatened it!! LOL :-)
Well, there's x00,00 bucks that wasn't blown on coke....

Yeah but when gas becomes as expensive as gold, and the mutants rule the wasteland, only the Road Warrior will be able too...Huh? Oh, sorry! Great shot!!
