Description
Brill slipped quietly into the antechamber, lit strangely by two braziers. He thought he detected the scent of poppy but was not certain. His companions were not far behind, and Theagor would know what to do. He would know too who had lit these braziers.
Suddenly there were shouts of alarm behind him, and when he turned he was met by a thunderous groan as the great gate to the catacombs began to close. The giant hurled himself at the door, knowing that if it closed his friends would be trapped.
As he braced himself against the moving leviathan and gripped its lower lip he saw a flash of a light. Sickly green, it permeated the air with the stench of death. More cries echoed from beyond the door, and the sounds of battle erupted.
Brill strained against the weight of the great door, but he could not let go

Awesome job! I wish my pictures could tell stories like this. Your lighting skills are quite exceptional. I love how the green seeps under the gate. The expression on the big guy says a lot, and the little guy dragging the body is very well done as well. As usual, the texturing in this picture, like many/all of your others leaves me speechless!
