Description
No real story this time. A young knight, disenchanted with the reality of war, begins a life of wandering, trying to forget the horrors of the past.
Trees are Net freebies that I doctored up with helmlock bark photo textures. Weeds are from Transpond's Scrublands. Shrubs and bushes are from Bryce Tree Lab. The Knight's body and equipment is a DAZ freebie for Millinium Club members. His head is Mike 3 and uses the Russell morph and textures. The ground cover texture is from a photo of beech leaves. The charger came from the DAZ Millinium Horse Package.
Enjoy!
J.
Think that covers everybody.

Haunting image. Pose is a bit stiff perhaps if the horse was moving more it would balance his pose which is perfect! I love the Birds, Trees, ground and grass! I would consider tweaking the sky just a bit more gloomy and longer shadows. But over all a wonderful image!
This is so beautiful, I gave it an "excellent" and a vote!! :)
Very beautiful work.
beautiful moving image!!
i agr with others artists, awesome work.splendid my friend.
Excellent stuff!!!
What an excellent scenc! Keep those awesome renders comming.
Excellent work!
A melancholoy posting in my point of view. The brush and ground cover must have taken some time to complete. great hunting terrain though, perfect for whitetail deer, and maybe a dragon or two. Knight looks like those iron britches are wearing on his arse and soul.
Excellent atmosphere and mood! But trees on the first plane not proportional! Any way this is excelent work!
What a polycount , lol, good mood, great detail
Just for the record, every tree is 3D. There are no planes in this picture except for the distant background. Foreground and mid-ground are a number of terrains.
Dreamy image,liked this forest
