The thing I like very much about Terragen, makes good terrain, and has good FOV effect, but water and textures are not his brighter side, you tried very much and it is phenomenal, but in future try to avoid water and especaly takeing pictures very close the object(terrain, water like this case), becouse it is obvious that there are 2D textures applied on the 3D objects It does not look realistic, but you are good designer, by the way, about "Unfinished House", I model it all, in Bryce 5, gate, tree, house and everything.
