I'd be tempted to use the airbrush with a very low density so that it sprays dots onto the rock. Use a couple of layers of colour working from dark to light and I think you'll get some rocks that look a little like granite. I think you've done a wonderful job so far! Its really very difficult!!

It brings me on mind the cave of Jesus... but for this look you need bigger stones; it's anyway, I believe, better, cause the wall looks a bit fragile right now :-) I LOVE THE WHOLE IMAGE - excuisite athmosphere!

I personally think this image doesn't really need anything and is beautiful as is. The rocks remind me of talc, clay or ochre with their lack of grit, somehow making it more cavelike to me. I love the trees within the tree :) Thanks for sharing :D

This is captivating. It's very shamanic - like entering the Lower world. I don't think you should add a thing to it. Actually, leaving the rocks as they are adds to the strange fluid spiritual feel of the image. Lovely.

Like the "lightness" in the rock textures. Nice spin on leaving a cave, with the light instead of dark and gloom. Agree the way you did the trees is especially nice.
