Wow...this is cool...I did one similar to this called "Amethyst Point"...almost the same POV. Deja Vue....very nice image...excellent!!
I have passed this monolith in Shiprock, New Mexico many times when traveling from Chicago to Blanding, Utah. There is only one other formation in this area. You have done a fine job on this picture.

J'aime beaucoup les surfaces et les nuages ! Une tr belle image !
Tr belle mise en valeur, accentu par le trou de ciel bleu dans les nuages, comme dhir par ce rocher.
La surface est belle, et comme Christian, je trouve que les nuages renforcent tr bien l'impression de solitude de ce rocher au milieu de rien. Tr bon travail !
j'adore , une image simple et plaissante au regard , comme de quoi pas besoin d'une masse d'effets pour une belle image ;)

This is an excellent rendition of Shiprock, which is one of my favorite terrains.
