Description
Much of our first identity is stamped on us from the very moment we arrive to this world,
just by being a boy or a girl,
and of course by the parent's expectations and dreams.

I like this funny picture
Wow. Excellent expression of the concept. It's kind of spooky...definitely food for thought!
Funny or not.. it's the truth!! Excellent image..
And, unfortunately, many of us are "scanned" in before we have a chance to voice our opinions or objections. Excellent concept for the Identity Theme.

you're so right... predestined & assimulated... wonderfully done... you're always thinking :]
Nice concept and nice effect with the colors..
I like the striking simplicity of this, great approach to quite a complex concept!
oh, this is very sad, gun! but beautiful.
There's something very unsettling about this. You kinda get the feeling this is a more accurate prophecy than we'd like to believe.
This reminds me of a programme I saw yesterday night on TV about gay couples who wanted babies and who, in order to do so, bought some sperm or some eggs on the internet, choosing the donor by a few infos that were displayed like height, weight, color of the eyes and hair, profession and such and I was like: "What the hell! This is "Gattaca"!". Definitely thought-provoking image Gun and quite disturbing too! :)
I'm with synapse on this one. Without reading the description, my first impression was of something sinister and prophetic. The whole "mark of the anti-christ" thing. Or something out of 1984. Excellent image either way! Great job...
It's very much like ordering what type of child you would like to purchase, which are then barcoded for that particular type and sold , like going through a checkout in a supermarket. Sad and true image Gun <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<Lina
