Description
Yester night @ 10 pm I hit the stage of the west end community center in Vancouver BC to become the first ever OLD GEEZER to bench press 501 lbs --It went up --but-dipped up and down to within an 'inch' of a good lift...so no cigar BUT THE GOOD NEWS my previous lift a 474 --exceeded the IPF world record by 12 lbs !!! so I'm a winner and a loser...and wouldn't have it any other way..til next time.
hear my voices --see my toons --hi speed only @

Pictures to prove it, recordbooks to show it, etc. As for you, JealousPig, er, ZELAHAM--GET A LIFE, and I'd like to see YOU try it, weightlifting OR creating--ya "STILL-no-gallery-be-havin" spineless little TROLL-MONKEY. Apparently you can't read very well either--this space is for HELPFUL comments for improving an image. CONSTRUCTIVE criticism--what a concept.
