Very subtle, including the depth, and also in the little essay on scale in the contrast between thumb and main image. Former definitely retinal, and "sphinx"-like. Latter more "spiraly". 'Course, then again, you also got them layered little feathers in dropped eggs, and if you are rotating the water pot slowly as you drop....
