The morning found Marina, a student of Arcane Lore, still studying because as every wizard knows in order to get ahead you have to study, study, study - and then study some more :)

Her clothing is wonderful: her gown is a very good example of a houppelande with funnel sleeves; the belt pouches are another good touch. The setting is also great with furniture, light, and lots of books in bookcases. All of that leads up to a wonderful concept and a universal story as well. BTW, could she recomend someone who is both qualified and willing to mentor me in Photoshop?

She looks like whats-her-name from that execrable D&D Movie... I'd suggest a little more residual faerie dust around the arcane sigils, but as to the rest... very nice.

Excellent scene, and glorious details!! So many objects around that i lost count of them! The props are very good and her outfit & accessories too. Great job with the runes she composes with her hand. And the glowing book... i did something similar in one of my recent posts "Secret Lore, Uncovered"
