This is a cool looking shot, great contrast between the red berries and the ground. They look like they've been cooked a little or maybe fermented. I just curious as to how they got to be where they are.
i was at my in-laws place near Santa Fe, New Mexico at X-mas. i found these berries were thrown out. i think they were being cooked for dinner and something went wrong with them. i never asked.

Poor little critters look fine to me! cool looking shot tho.. i really like the contrast of colors and textures... only a photographer could find something artistic in the garbage! lol
