Description
Most recent drawing done in color pencil. Tried to blend the background manually, didn't like the results. Scanned it into the computer and used "Motion-blur" in PhotoShop, now it looks the way I wanted it to.

I always love your work--but the expression on his beak--er--face--er--feathers..err sumpin..just made me say out loud "Now the news ...thiss is walter crankcase...." WHOOOO's making news? geo bush is..between a Iraq and a hard place..BWAAAK ! --- excellent owl study..sorry to 'star' him in a wacko toon... :-D

Birds are a very difficult subject. This is well done.
I don't know what brand of colored pencil you use but I've found Prismacolor blends the best of the lot. Might try that. Very nice treatment on the branch.
