Description


Not your normal flame fractal, but it sure reminded me of the sunsets we often had in Tucson Arizona. All it lacks are the saguaro cacti in the foreground. Single layer Apophysis flame fractal

It's a beautiful image! The coloring is amazing! The thumb REALLY looks like a sunset, but I found that in the larger picture something in the prespective or shadowing is not the same. It's still beautiful.. just looks less like a sunset. The sky part is more prominent, and looses that illusion of distance. I think you're right though... some objects like cactus to 'anchor' the foreground might do the trick. All that said... I still love it.

I agree with Pteb, very Turneresque sky colouring. Wish we could see sunsets like this. In the meantime, I shall enjoy yours.
