Description
I finally bit the bullet and bought myself a 10x zoom camera. I think I'm in love. The thumb is a cropped version of the normal lens, this is an uncropped at 10x. Thanks for looking, comments welcome.

Great shot, lovely eagle (I think) There are a few kestrals and hawks here but I am still a few /$$$ short of a long lens aw! Soon I hope!
OMG ... wonder what will happen when Jim runs around with that much zoooooom ... poor eagles all around, being shot. Hehe .. can't wait to see what you'll do with that cam. Congrats to your new toy, have fun with her and thanks for this shot. Still unbelievable to me that coming that close to eagles isn't something very special. Almost no eagles over here .. sadly ... but the more i like shots such as this. Thank you Jim!! :)
Excellent shot Jim....congrats on the new zoom...think of the possibilities!!! Great image my friend! :)
Remember what they say...it's not the size that counts, it's the way you use it! But damn it...you have achieved both! I can foresee a real bundle of good shots heading this way Jim...can't wait :)
Oooo.... watch out with that zoom you might hurt someone with it! ;~) A wonderful shot!
Congratulations on the new zoom my friend, I know you'll put it through it's paces...a perfect subject with which to practice on. Excellent shot Jim!
