Description
Rohan Riders patrolling the borders near Gondor.
It is impossible to watch the "Return of The King" without feeling an urge to do something about it. What a great trilogy, Peter Jackson made a great work and it would be difficult for somebody else to do better (man, how the 2 last Matrix sucked!)
For this Poser illustration I used mainly the Vicking Pak from the talented Jon Malis and some props hear from Renderosity.
Merry X'mas all!

Fantastic Image,Outstanding work
Excellent. The riders and the background fit perfectly. This is very close to how I've always imagined Rohan in my mind.
Looks like a picture of an animation from a computergame.
A gorgeous pic - can't wait to see the film!

Though I disagree with your feelings about the film (what a mess of illogical and childish characterisation) your image is excellent. The grass is wonderfully realistic
