I hope, she will survive. Even if that old lady isn't a real beauty. Great macro with perfect DOF PapaG! :)
What u mean 'not a beauty' ? She's gorgeous! =)
i could go for hibernating in the winter, even regenerating sounds pretty good, super spidey shot! :]
I hate spiders :P But that is one excellent shot! Those colors are really amazing as well.
LOL @ Cyn's comment!... Never heard they can regenerate new legs... this is astonishing! BTW... think it's her second RIGHT frontleg and the one of her right backlegs looks regenerated too to me... but I'm not sure about this. Your shot is just perfect! Compliments!
yep, super spidey shot. !!!!!!!!! :O) !!!!!!!!
Excellent closeup and great clarity, well shot PapaG! Intersting info as well because I didn't know they could regenerate. :)
Very nice close shot. Good quality. I love that bug. He's scary. hehe . Excelent works papaGuru
They are amazing creatures these spiders.... and this is a fantastic shot.
I like this Re-Generating....last time something of Mine fell off....I grew 5 of them back:]
Beautiful lighting and details, but the I still don't like creepy spiders! Wonderful shot, as always =)
Excellent shot...spiders are quite amazing creatures.
Georgeous macro shot!!! Very interesting information! Great!
Wonderful macro, Papa. It will be interesting to see what happens here next spring. After two mild winters, we had the most spiders I've ever seen this year. This winter looks like a record cold one, we'll see how they do in the spring.
Excellent shot & great DOF. Who needs 8 legs anyway !!!!
Nice Pic and Lovely spider.
Spiders.....the gardeners friend!!!
Excellent looking photo. That is a big spider with beautiful and colorful patterns. I did not realize spiders can regenerate legs. That is amazing. I also didn't realize that they hibernate. That is one big spider with beautiful and colorul patterns. I have learned something new today...TY :-)
Three of them I watched in my garden this year. Didn't know they hibernate, or that they can grow new extremities. Thanks for telling and showing in this excellent capture, PapaGuru. :)
Beautiful macro! Spiders are really interesting animals. I don't like them, btw. :)
Okay, I said I liked spiders...but this one is to ugly to like! LOL! But beautiful shot!!! She is diffently different!
