Description
Returning to my former favorite proggie...
This is a scene I'm working on for an image that's inspired by Pitch Black. I saw the movie again yesterday and wondered if I could get an effect close to that of the Planet during Daylight. I'll be adding some giant alien skeletons and stuff to make it more interesting after I do a few more light tests. This scene only has one light source (the Sun).

I Loooove Pitchblack, seen that DVD several times. It's been a while though. And I have to agree. The scenery in that movie with the two suns (or was it three? OR more? I forget :) kicks ass. And your picture is also great. I imagine that if you placed the sun 'in front' of your camera view you could get a similar effect, or maybe not?? Anyway, nice landscape.
