Thanks guys! :) It's not a ship! It's a missile... ;) All the lines were modeled. The model is more complex than it appears to be. All the lines were made using the boolean tools. It's like taking a knife and cutting the shapes that you want into the model then you fillet all the edges. Like real paneling...
Very nice. Also, I like how you evidently made the model actually functional, with the rotating fins and such. Far too many modelers just leave their stuff lookin' pretty and never set it up to do what it really could do...
lol sorry man, I meant to say missile, but I was thinking of model, and that came out ship ;P I figured if they were modeled it would be booleans :) But did you use curves and wrap them to your surface and then cut into the main object? That's what I was curious about :) If you actually made the lines from some boolean command...I'm not sure I've ever done that before (or would even know how heh heh). Good work!
