My dream is to paint like this...wow.!!! You are great Congrats and My vote!
Uwe, even in the early work your bueatiful style was set, this is so completely you and what I like about your work. When this was first pulling in I was like ok, where is mother nature, because I just knew she was there somewhere.....but you made me wait till the bottom of the picture till she appered....outstanding work as always. Your art tells a story, and you are one of the best at it. I must say I always look foward to seeing all your new creations..........Your friend John

I can see why you like it--the colors and blending are lovely, and all the fine details in her hair add to her fantastic beauty! It has such a feeling of peace and sweetness!
What an awesome image Uwe/ I love the blending of the scenic into the lovely beauty of the woman of mother nature. Very original idea and a style so uniquely yours. I love it!
Very nice :o) Gouache! Yikes. I have attempted that medium (once). While studying Art. It gave me fits ,but you have managed to master it beautifully! so. i was told repeatedly that it was suppose to be easier than watercolors. I never found that to be my case lol.... What do you think? love the subject as well. You just can't mess with Mother Nature any better than this.
