Description
on one of my jobs in Malibu, i noticed on the site opposite my project that the caissons were built, but no house was ever built on them. i wonder what happened.

Just a guess, but since so many houses fall into the sea in the LA area, maybe they changed their mind. Cool shot Gary!!
