Description
in my line of work as a civil engineer i sometimes come across a serious landslide. unfortunately this landslid happened just after the initial grading was finished and to compound the problem an even larger landslide happen again on this property after the first slide was repaired. this property nearly went bankrupt. i'm glad it wasn't one of my projects.
