Description
Looking back!
The image shows the USS Yorktown looking down the spine section towards the stern and the nuclear reactor module. You can also see the AE53 HighGain Antenna and Sensor Array with its main dish pointed back towards earth. This model was created in Bryce5 from scratch, all concepts and designs by me. The model now weighs in at 196 Megs and is still growing. The concept for this model is based loosely on the USS Discovery1 from the movie 2001 a Space Odyssey. I have posted 58 images showing various stages of all parts of this ship from stem to stern at my website during this month of August. You can find them under the heading USS Yorktown. This project is still an on going work in progress. I will continue to post new images in the near future showing all parts of this model as it heads towards Jupiter and its moons. Thanks again for taking the time to view and comment on my work.
Cheers,
David ;-)

To say the least! WOW!
just ....impressive
Aye, your works are so involved and complex. Perhaps the greatest Brycean modeling I've seen, AGAIN, from you! When are you going to make us a movie, my friend?!?!?
Impressive work as always, David! This gets my vote!
