Description
A section of beach along Canada's West coast known as the "Graveyard of the Pacific." Well over 100 ships of varying types have foundered here, with the worst loss of life 137 people on the Valencia in the early 1900's. That incident led to the creation of what became the West Coast Trail, one of the world's great hikes.

Cold and bleak it looks and unforgiving. Excellent shot
very beautiful and intense piece :)
Looks so ominous and serves as a clear reminder of the shear power of the sea.....
Graveyard fits this one.. Man, how can someone dare to take a ride there?
