Description
Calling her transportation is a bit of a stretch. On a drizzly winter's day I found this old gillnetter on the dyke of the Fraser River, probably within sight of where she'd fished for 50 years. The sign said Keeep Off. Too bad, a For Sale sign would have been a perfect example of the kind of optimism that made us fishermen in the first place. Thanks for looking, comments welcome.

A melancholy end to a once proud craft, the drizzly day just adds to the mood of finality.
Very interesting subject - For me the image leaves me wanting to see more - I wish I could view all the images at Renderosity - Most just can't - Often I have rely on the thumb - I'm sure I miss alot of great stuff - I try to make my thumbs with that in mind - For what its worth :) - Injoyed the view -
