The first thing that struck me was how young her face looks...like a teenage girl. She has the largest breasts I've ever seen on a 12 year old ;o). She takes Vic's clothes nicely :o). If you can manage to make her face look older, she'll be perfect! Love the background prop :o)
Now, THAT'S a young looking barbarian, I agree with Moebius87. The girl looks to nice to be a savage warrior, I think. But...I love the hair!
