I can see a lot of work went into this image, which is very well done. I've been sitting here trying to figure out if the background is an alpha plane of a waterfall image, or if you posed those cliffs and pine trees yourself. At any rate the image is superb! Bravo!

Yes the background is an alfa plane. It works because the lighting is the same as the foreground. I also placed plants halfway between the foreground and the background to help it blend more. The sky is not part of the alfa plane, it the Vue sky. It would have taken forever to render this if the background were object too. Bob
