night comes gently, tucking tired earth into soothing folds of darkness, leaving quiet and solitude in place of the bustle of day... superb compo Gun, simply superb!!!
Wow! I love the colors you used and the image as well. The light sources removes detail from the character and leads the focus to the wings and background. I do think that you should have removed some of the wing textures since it looks as if they're attatched on the front of the character (imagine flying like that, lol) Otherwise, I love it. Is this an ADSL result? ;)

Gun, for me this shows a great sophistication that you occasionally reach when the Muse touches you the strongest. It's not the subject (nothing new here) it's your treatment of it. Dark, elusive and stylish :-)
My favourite detail: the dark thorny twist on the left hand side.
