Wow, how nice it must be to live near such a beautiful place. It seems like a place back in time where things were much more simple and peacful. A place where people are standing in the streets visiting with their neighbors. I can almost hear the laughter. Really a beautiful place, a place I would love to be. Thanks for sharing. Castle Combe - Thought to be the most photographed village in the UK.
Nice place.....just search and repost some comments....and I saw my first comment was 07/18/2003 on "old friends" a bit more than 1 year ago..thats how all started...asking for permission.....lovely shot....
Old-style architecture and landscaping always seems to fit in with nature better than the mass produced housing here in the 'States. Using the rivers point of view instead of along a road accents that so nicely. I also like the evenness of the lighting. Everything is easy to look at and the bit of shade along the off-center road adds to the depth.
