My first Terragen render with the full monty tried to keep the Postwork to a minimum..

Stunning and gorgeous scene!!
Every place has its own inclines and overthrusts. It certainly looks real. My own eye sees hot in the foreground like lava in Hawaii and cool in the background. The boundary of fog and smoke is delicate.

Thanks folks this is not my first Terragen did one or two ages ago but the first with the full version.. Yeah John it is a cool programme, and will be trying to master it one of these days..

oh wow- congrats! i'm impressed- i admire your tenacity to wrestle these programs into submission! i have the free version but have yet to do much with it- this has a nice atmosphere :]
Nice Job danob. I was goona beta this for Mac but then I found that I didn't have enough brain cells to learn Terragen and all the other stuff at one time. I love the reality of its textures though...just like a photograph. Good to see your wonderful talent branching out! -jay

I love the light and the sky here most, although the whole scene is very moody and beautiful. I also think that setting the sun in front of the viewer was an excellent idea - it gave this compo this light, misty glow. Great work! :)
