Description
This is a rebuild, remake or whatever of an airbush painting I did years ago (can also be found in my gallery) - no liqiud acrylics this time, instead Poser, Vue & Photoshop ;o)
Hair by Kozaburo, heavily repainted in Photoshop. Bed by Alexander Kroener. Thanks!
It was fun doing it, but 3D rendering is so much more powerful that I actually began to think the scene was too simple. However, it is the result of an interesting "artistic" proces: The airbush painting was an interpretation of a photo (from a fashion catalogue) - this photo containded a small photo of a guy. Now the computer version is based on the scanned version of the painting, but the small photo is actually a photo/alphaplane. A sort of "loop" has been created ;o)
I hope you like the picture (don't bother too much with my comment) - your comments are welcome.

very cool picture. I admire the idea behind this picture - that of 'contemplation' and love.
Nice job and a great idea!
Only less than 1% of poser's girls pictures is not kitsch and can be called ART. This one is the best of this small percent. One of the most impressive pictures in pin up cathegory I ever saw. Very good job, even if it is a second "reproduction" :-)
Excellent. Great to know how it all gets put together. The salmon demonstration was helpful too. It is also great to know CGI renderings are far more powerful than the traditional medias. But I think your paintings are great too. Thanks. I voted for this super realistic image.
