Although this may sound strange Howie - I wasn't expecting this render at all - but I confess I really never know what to expect from that alert brain and highly skilled hand of yours. I was automatically transported as if by a magical time machine to a point in my distant past where I had a small single room in a brick boarding house, where when looking out the only window, I was greeted by a view not unlike this one. Your skill in 3D creation just makes the artist in me drool with jealousy. This is so much a slice of life, and so beautifully executed my friend - and I give it a hearty vote just on the nostalgia you gave me. Also - have you got your e-mail addies fixed - all my e-mail keeps coming back as undelivered. Take care my friend - great work as usual.

Awesome. Reminds me also of a flat I had in Brooklyn many moons ago where the only view was a light courtyard (four brick walls). Keep up with the architectural vistas.
Very nice work! I like the idea and the implimentation... but I noticed a jagged horizontal line of light and shade between the upper and lower window panes. Maybe boosting the oversampling would help. But then, that would also help boost your rendering times! ;)

Very beautiful work, but especially an object of art, warm and personal, what is rare in the "country" 3D submarines, Gothic, parallel worlds and madmen of the cinema.
I bought strata 3d because of this piece and a few others.
