Description
This was another experiment of mine drawing with Prisma colored pencils on mylar. This one didn't come out as well as I had hoped, and it was much more difficult for me than the cat I did on mylar. Anyway, here it is.

What more can I say then what is always said about your wonderful work, Incredible. You are a talent in colored pencil work. Your work inspires me to dig out my prisma colors to try them again. You are an inspiration to try that medium again. What a pleasure your art gives.
how sublime.. amazing piece :)
beautiful, simply beautiful Lorraine yours pencils become alive!
Thanks, but I somehow think I need to rework this one. I am going to try to put another layer on it and see if I can smooth it out some and tone down the red lips. They seem too bright to me. Do any of you have any critique suggestions? I learn by them. Thanks again.
Wow, you are so incredibly talented! I kind of like the high colour - but I guess it depends on what you were going for.
Excellent!!
Great portrait sis. I definitely recognize that little man. I know what you're saying about reworking this one. But I can't really say too much on what exactly needs to be done. Maybe set up your palette a few shades darker to compensate for what lightness the mylar will add to it? Your work is superb, just make sure you're not being to hard on yourself :D
I think it's a lovely portrait!
