My first experience with riding a horse began like this with the owner of the animals roaring off on the roan leaving me to straddle a very fat gray mare that had spent all winter eating grain and trying to hold off as she took flight in chase. Fortunately she bucked me off my cockleburr perch before too much speed was gotten up.

I love the movement and sense of action this image has. The only thing I think (oh here it comes) is that the streaming light may be a bit hard considering the softness of the rest of the piece. Still very nicely done!
