Ouch. This HURTS. My provider was making upgrades a week ago, and it appears that when cable modem gets disconnected while turned on, it stays disconnected until it's turned off and on again... I did not know it, so I inadvertently stayed offline for couple days more than I expected... But I see the angst of it in this picture.
