Radiosity is a wonderful thing! The soft atmosphere of this image made the title come to my mind...
I modified the C4D "leafes" sample and used the Vicky_Heels from C. Froehlich and voil

pretty good, but i do have two suggestions: 1. enlarge the texture of the ground plane because it's way too small. unless the shoes are the size of a room I don't see how that could be possible. 2. perhaps having the texture of the shoes with less "dirt" in the reflection?
Thanks for your comments. Strange that most people seem to think that the parquet tiles are at least 1m long... We have this size of parquet in our office hall; looks great.
