How fun. He looks rather regal. Do you make sketches of all these characters or do you realize them as you are modeling?
A lot of characters, like 'The Porter' and 'The Shggarit Mercenary', were built piece-by-piece as I went. Kidon and Conijca have existed from about 1994, and I've filled sketch books with drawings of them. Kidon, now approaching the century mark, is the premier resident of The HoundsBreak monastery. He lends great prestige to the monastery as he struggles to complete "The All-Embracing Ethic". I had intended to make him ascetic and more down-at-the-heels looking. But the costuming took on a life of its own.
