Take long hard inhale, hold hold hold hold exhale kah, kah, . open eyes now .
No flash - but a well placed crumpled gold reflecteor to bounce some light on the subject. (Gold because the scene needed to be warmed up a bit due to a heavy green canope)
This is one of those inhale sharply images....it's so beautiful...I'm really curious to know if you use flash. I'm guessing you don't but if you do, then I'll be really freakin amazed. Thanks for the answer....I really hate the way flash looks, especially with macro photography, but so many people seem to use it....ughhh..
Never seen these before. Are they really translucent or is that your work? (Excellent, btw!)
Shrooms? Do you man mu-Shrooms? This is no mushroom but a plant. Its a parasite on trees and have no chlorophyll. Butt. That may not interfere with its power.
Wonderful shot of a plant I haven't seen for years. Thanks.
Exquisite image.
Beautiful shot, excellent detail.

wonderful image! These little parasites (that's their classification) feed on tree roots! They are amazing and so wonderful to find here :) Thank you for sharing!
