Description
Started out in Carrara as a bent and twisted square panel, became a roof, and then it needed a platform, and then.... sheesh, at the end it took 3 days to render at 1200x1600.

Thats incredible, I wish I had your talents and skills!
Fantastic artwork, Jim! Reminds me of, an oceanic dwelling in the future. Cool lighting! I see the light originates from above the water, but it has an underwater feel to me.
That's amazing. Modelling is super, but the use of materials is really top-level. Slender building, great lighting on it and on the water.
Absolutely fantastic image. Incredible work !
Very cool modeling and wonderful work all around...
James! this is a virtual multiplexic operatic *crannog for the 21st century! magnifique! *a crannog is an iron age dwelling built on stilts and projected onto a lake accessible by a causeway of simolar construction here is a link to an image of one http://www.george.jean.connectfree.co.uk/Scotlandtandem2001/day3/Crannog%20near%20Kenmore1-pp.JPG
OMG, I want one!
But it sure was worth it! If only they would build them this gracefully... But hey, this is a curved model. Did the Curvaens really approve to this? Ive heard they can become really nasty... :)
Excellent!
Fantastic !!!! any commentary that I make I would not be enough to express its work. PERFECT SCENE ! Congratulations friend Jim !
