The image was rendered in Bryce 7 and edited in Photoshop. The fact that some of the figures have slightly blurred faces is due to the low-poly models from powerage's "LOWREZ People At The Beach" set. Since these figures appear to have been created using AI, I suspect that the image may contain AI-generated elements, even though I did not use AI myself in creating or editing this image. Fun fact: This scene was heavily inspired by the Italian disco hit "Vamos a la Playa" (1983) by Righeira. Interestingly, the song is entirely in Spanish, even though Righeira were Italian. That's probably one reason why, at first listen, it can sound more like Spanish summer pop than Italo-disco.
