Of all the Bigfoot, this one is the most believable in my eyes. It lives in areas where just by lowering down into the water it disappears. Tracks would fill with water and vanish overnight, it lives in areas where there is super-rich biodiversity, so it would be well fed. Once you get back into the swamps just a bit, trees are so thick that only skinny kayaks and pirogue can really cover any distance. And there are quite a few of them, Fouke Monster, Honey Island Swamp Monster, Skunk Ape, Selbyville Swamp Monster, and the Big Muddy Monster.
