Description
In December last year at work we had a Gingerbread House contest. In a team of your choosing, you were given a gingerbread house kit. Then you could add whatever you wanted in addition to the kit and had to come up with a theme/name for your house. Nobody including me on my team ever tried making a gingerbread house before soooooo we had a fun but a bit chaotic experience with it. We also didn't have much time until day of to make it so I learned that even though the icing is supposed to set fast enough in that time period to hold, it really doesn't. Hence the holder and base still being on the Gingerbread House when we submitted it. We tried to remove it and pieces came off with it so we decided to just leave them on.
