Hi and thank-you very much for looking, my new story will continue using the beautiful V4 (Victoria 4) & M4 (Michael) ... down-under picture 1; A quick selfie before work starts on sanding and painting the VW Combi begins. picture 2; I rang Darren at lunchtime while I was working and yes progress is being made, I asked if he needs my help and he said "Nooo" ... "Nooo? why?", he said "this is old paint and most likely it is old lead paint so he does not want me breathing or covered in its dust, it can be harmful". picture 3; Another quick check and more thick body filler is being found, this is not good, but it will be allowed for roadworthy. picture 4; Taped and ready to paint. pictire 5; First coat of primer complete and already you can see the body filler is causing issue with paint. picture 6; All done it now has one whole color of white that is needed for roadworthy. picture 7; A quick poke out of tongue, shine torch in camera and home Darren can go, job complete and thankfully he cleaned windows. picture 8; Delivered after roadworthy and registration is done now I can have my own car to drive. Darren is not happy with the amount of body filler he found in VW Combi and said when he gets more time this will be repaired properly, it is roadworthy but that does not mean it is safe. picture 9; A bonus picture I got finished with my new work mates Mira and Evelyn putting my lunchbox into "TO OT" the minibus that I drive us to work in, poor Mira has no clothes to wear her luggage is lost, if I had picked them up from airport as usual I might have been able to help get more information from airport, it is nearly a week now and still no luggage, do not know if luggage was sent back home or un-load and misplaced here in Australia, more phone calls and e-mails needed. TO OT is a TOyOTa and not sure if it is accident some letters are missing from his name or someone removed them for joke, can you see TO OT's headlight is slightly glowing? that is as bright as headlights get and never turn off, I tried removing all fuses but it still glows, there are extra wires added to under dashboard so it might be rewired directly from battery, it flattens battery if not driven everyday and I am sure it will cause fire one day haha, oh Mira is the taller one with the cap on and not sure if it meant to but the alien logo on it looks like it glows in dark, might just be how the morning light catches it, I like Evelyn because I am 1 whole inch taller than her. I have more pictures ready about my movie night last Saturday night by myself, it was a movie Darren downloaded of internet for me, cannot get it on DVD disc yet, so I had a bit if fun making some pictures to share soon, got to up-load this and go to work, 6:45 am Thursday 17th of September 2026, stay safe and more story and pictures soon.
